Reconnect to your power & create a life you love.

Hi, I’m Tori.

You’ve landed here because you’re unsure of the path forward.

It can feel scary to face uncomfortable emotions or painful memories—especially when so few of us were ever taught how to do that safely. You’re not meant to go through this alone. I’m here to support you, every step of the way. This is the work I feel deeply honored to be a part of.

I see you. I’m here to help you:

  • Understand the roots of the patterns you find yourself repeating, especially the ones that once helped you survive

  • Use curiosity and self-compassion to gently shift those patterns and create new, more supportive ones

  • Practice nervous system regulation tools that can ground you during moments of unease, uncertainty, or overwhelm

  • Build your tolerance for discomfort, so you can move through hard conversations and advocate for your needs with clarity

  • Reconnect with your body, so your thoughts, emotions, and actions can move in greater alignment

This work is not just about symptom relief—it’s about reclaiming your wholeness, in a world that so often asks you to disconnect from it.

A bit about me:

Outside of the office my favorite things to do are to foster dogs (I’ve had 10 so far), go on road trips up and down the California Coast in my Volkswagen Westfalia, take ceramics classes, and go to local plant-based restaurants and cafes.

My Approach

I will work with you in a way that will not only facilitate emotional healing, but will allow you to feel more connected to your body.

This type of therapy, known as somatic psychotherapy, is particularly helpful if you have have experienced trauma and have felt subsequent physical symptoms, such as migraines or chronic pain. Traditional talk therapy in conjunction with somatic therapy can be very valuable if you are experiencing anxiety, depression, perfectionism, people pleasing, and are having trouble setting boundaries between work and life. The goal of this type of therapy is to strengthen your sense of safety and calm in your own body, and therefore in your life in general. With nervous system regulation and safety as the foundation, I strive to help you gain a sense of confidence, purpose, and clarity about the life you would like to build for yourself.

My Values

Compassion

There is no topic that is off the table or “too much” for therapy. The parts of you that you feel embarrassed by or ashamed of will be treated with kindness, compassion, and respect. Your body and mind are always trying to work for you, not against you.

Collaboration

The relationship you have with your therapist is proven to be the most important factor in the outcome of therapy. I take this relationship very seriously, and while I may help guide the way, you are the expert of you life.

Integrity

My professional morals and ethics are the core of my practice. Your confidentiality, privacy, safety, and trust are always held in the highest regard. I’m committed to creating a space where your full identity is honored, protected, and respected.

Curiosity

I believe curiosity is the antidote to shame, anxiety, and despair. Curiosity give us a neutral window to look at our experiences through and helps to build a new relationship with ourselves.

Therapy with me may be right for you if…

You feel a pull toward something more meaningful but you’re not sure what that is yet (or maybe you are!)

You feel things more deeply or differently than other people in your life .

You find it both challenging and boring to make small talk and prefer to get to know people on a more ‘real’ level.

You’ve listened to every mental health podcast and audiobook there is, and you still feel like you’re searching for relief.

You’re seeking a space where healing is both personal and political. Where we explore not just your inner world, but also how systems like capitalism, white supremacy, and patriarchy have shaped your story, and where reclaiming your voice, body, and truth is part of the work.
