“I’m not what happened to me.
I am what I choose to become.”
We each come from different walks of life, and our experiences can shape who we are and how we connect with the world around us. Sharing our story in a therapeutic space can help us feel seen and heard while letting our truth be known. Although our past can mold who we are, we are not defined by it. With support, we can take steps towards positive life changes, healing, and a healthy mind.
I graduated from Saint Mary's College of California with a BS in psychology with a specialization in Child & Adolescent Development, and a MA in Counseling with a specialization of Marriage & Family Therapy. I’m a trauma-informed therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families through the Marina Counseling Center in San Francisco, CA. My approach is collaborative, holistic, and client centered. Holistic psychotherapy is the foundation of my practice because it treats the whole person by addressing the mind, body, and spirit in the quest for healing and health. I integrate a variety of modalities and techniques into my work, which allows me to provide guidance that is tailored to your needs. I welcome your story and offer you the opportunity to unpack, process, and heal from trauma. I offer a warm and compassionate space where we will work together throughout your journey of exploration.
